From her first celebrity client, Courteney Cox in the mid-1990s, Sabra’s clientele has grown by word of mouth to include Tobey Maguire, Cher, Orlando Bloom, Jim Carrey, Julia Roberts, Jenny McCarthy, and many others.

One of Sabra’s most exotic and memorable assignments was preparing a private romantic lunch on a pristine sandbar in the middle of the ocean off Musha Cay, a private island in the Bahamas. For this surprise picnic for two of her celebrity clients, Sabra prepared everything on the island, delivered the food to the sandbar by boat, and worked with the island’s coordinator to set the idyllic scene with orchids and lovely teak furniture for a one-of-a-kind meal in paradise.
